Hours
Programs vary in length from 1.5 hours to 2 hours, depending on topic.

Class Size
Programs are designed to accommodate up to 25 students.

Chaperones
An adult must accompany each group of 10 students.

Tuition
This varies by class and a deposit of 30 percent is required at time of reservation.
     •   $135 per class for a 1.5-hour program
     •   $180 per class for a 2-hour program
     •   $200 per StarLab program
     •   Some programs may require an additional fee to cover materials.

Snacks/Lunch
Students are welcome to bring their own snacks or lunches and enjoy them in our outdoor picnic area.

Dress
Please ask your students to dress appropriately for outdoor and artistic activities.

Parking
Holcomb Farm has ample parking for school buses and cars.

Cancellations
Programs are held in most kinds of weather. We do not cancel unless severe weather is predicted. If you need to cancel due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule your program. No refunds are available on cancellations made within two weeks of your program.
