FACILITIES USAGE

 

Come on down to the Farm for your next event or program.   The Main Barn boasts 2000 square feet of classroom/meeting space.  Great for large shows, gatherings or lectures.  The newly renovated Workshop is perfect for smaller meetings, workshops or programs.  The grounds around the Main Barn, including the beehive oven can also be rented.

2009 -2010 Rental Fees:

 

The Workshop                 $100.00 for all-day  (9:00pm – 5:00pm) or

                                          $25.00 per hour

Main Barn                        $250.00 for all-day   (9:00pm – 5:00pm) or

                                          $63.00 per hour

Grounds                        $100.00 for the day   (9:00pm – 5:00pm) or

                                          $25.00 per hour

*Grounds include the back yard of the main barn (to Kendall Brook) and the area immediately around the clay oven in the south side field.

 

Evening hours are from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and are charged at the hourly rate.

 

    

A facilities use agreement must be completed and signed by Holcomb Farm and group representative.

                                        

 Facilities Rental Agreement

A deposit of 25% of fees due is payable at time of reservation.  Reservations cancelled up prior to 48 hours of the event will receive the deposit back less a $20.00 administrative fee.  Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the event will receive a refund of 50% of deposit.  No-shows will not receive any refund of deposit.

 

A certificate of insurance coverage is required.
