Whether you are just beginning to live off the land or want to know how to use local produce from our local farm stands, we will offer something to educate and illuminate. Try your hand at cheese making in the summer or pickles in the Fall. Help us shear sheep in the Spring and weave a blanket in the winter from the fleece that has been carded, spun and dyed.
